香港擁有超過9,000座高樓大廈，其中超過4,000座是高度超過100米的摩天大樓，截至2025年，根據世界高層建築與都市人居學會的統計，香港有567座建築高度超過150米[1][4][5][a]。香港最高的建築是108層的環球貿易廣場，高度為484米，是全球第13高的建築[6][7][8]。這些摩天大樓的總高度約為333.8公里[9][10]。由於香港的人口密度較高，香港有更多居民住在15樓或更高，以及更多高度至少為100米和150米的建築，比其他任何城市都多[11][4][10][12]。

香港的大部分建築集中在香港島北岸、九龍以及新界的新市鎮，例如荃灣和沙田。更多高樓大廈位於香港島南岸以及地鐵站附近區域[13][14][15]。
香港島的天際線因其獨特的排列而聞名[16]，周圍的山脈和維多利亞港襯托著沿岸的摩天大樓群[4][17][18]。每晚，維多利亞港沿岸的44座建築參與幻彩詠香江，這場同步燈光秀被吉尼斯世界紀錄評為世界上最大的永久性燈光秀[9][19]。

香港第一座高樓是第三代滙豐總行大廈，於1935年落成。該建築高70米，共13層，使用了近五十年後被拆除，以興建第四代滙豐總行大廈[20]。20世紀初期，高樓建設受到限制。然而，從1970年代開始，香港經歷了一股高樓建設的潮流，並持續至今。這股潮流很大程度上是由於城市多山的地形和缺乏平坦土地所致[21]。香港在1980年進入建築熱潮，大致持續到1993年。在這期間建成的建築包括合和中心（1980年）、中銀大廈（1990年）和中環廣場（1992年），這些建築在落成時均為香港最高的建築之一[22][23][24][25]。
從1998年開始，香港進入第二波更大規模的建築熱潮，持續到2010年代初[25]。第二波熱潮見證了環球貿易廣場、國際金融中心二期、如心廣場一期和港島東中心的落成[17][26][27][28]。在2003年建築熱潮的高峰期，全港共有56座超過150米的摩天大樓落成。多塔式高樓建築群的激增，例如公共屋邨和地鐵站附近的鐵路加物業發展項目，大大增加了摩天大樓的數量[14][15][25]。
與1980年代和1990年代初的建築趨勢不同，由於香港對豪華住宅的需求激增，第二波熱潮中的許多高樓是住宅用途。此外，啟德機場關閉後，高度限制得以在九龍半島放寬，使得許多高樓在九龍拔地而起，例如名鑄、維港文化匯和天璽，這些建築均超過200米[29][30][31][32]。摩天大樓也在新界興起，例如都會駅和日出康城在將軍澳的發展[33][34]。然而，大型建築項目的提案在2000年代大幅減少。社區對摩天大樓對城市生態的影響越來越關注，例如空氣流通的變化（即「屏風效應」）和空氣污染[35]。
九龍東作為新興商業區的崛起[36]，使得觀塘和九龍灣一帶從2000年代開始出現商業和住宅摩天大樓，例如創紀之城發展項目。此外，啟德發展計劃在2020年代推動了前機場用地上的住宅綜合體建設。

香港最高的建築物（以頂尖高度計算）
環球貿易廣場（International Commerce Centre，簡稱ICC），位於西九龍柯士甸道1號。由香港鐵路有限公司與新鴻基地產共同擁有及發展，為Union Square項目的第七期。環球貿易廣場高達484米，是香港最高的建築物，也是全球第13高的建築物。主要租戶包括德意志銀行、瑞士信貸集團、摩根士丹利、荷蘭銀行及埃森哲[6][7][8]。
國際金融中心二期（International Finance Centre，簡稱IFC或國金二期），位於中環金融街8號，香港站上蓋。國際金融中心二期高415.8米，現為香港第二高的建築物。它於2003年落成時曾是香港最高的建築物，直至2009年被環球貿易廣場超越。該大廈是國際金融中心商業項目的第二期。主要租戶包括瑞銀集團、三星電子、香港金融管理局及法國巴黎銀行[26][37][38]。
中環廣場位於灣仔港灣道18號，頂尖高度達373.9米，現為香港第三高的建築物。它於1992年落成時曾是香港最高的建築物，直至2003年被國金二期超越。中環廣場在1992年至1996年間也是亞洲最高的建築物，其後被深圳的信興廣場超越。該大廈以其獨特的外形及「麗光時計」照明系統聞名，並設有全球最高的摩天教堂——天空城市教會（Sky City Church）[22][39][40]。
中銀大廈位於中環花園道1號。由普立茲克建築獎得主美籍華人建築師貝聿銘設計，大廈高315米，連同兩支桅杆高度達367.4米，現為香港第四高建築物。1990年至1992年間曾是美國以外最高的建築物，亦是美國以外首座超越305米的建築。大廈外型設計像竹筍，在風水上象徵生機與繁榮[23][41][42]。
長江集團中心位於中環皇后大道中2號。高282.8米，於1999年落成，是長江實業集團的總部大樓。大廈頂層為集團主席李嘉誠的私人住宅[43][44][45]。
中環中心位於中環皇后大道中99號。於1998年落成，高346米，是土地發展公司（現為市區重建局）首批大型市區重建項目之一。這座摩天大廈的獨特結構全由鋼材構成，沒有鋼筋混凝土核心[46][47][48]。
合和中心位於灣仔皇后大道東183號。高222米，合和中心於1980年落成時曾是香港最高的建築物。這座大廈標誌著香港中央商業區向東擴展。合和中心擁有獨特的圓柱形設計，62樓設有旋轉餐廳。由合和實業主席胡應湘設計，大廈是其公司的總部[24][49][50]。
滙豐總行大廈位於皇后大道中1號。這座高達178.8米的建築是香港上海滙豐銀行的總部，也是其第四代總部大樓。由著名英國建築師諾曼·福斯特設計，耗時七年建成，1985年竣工時以52億港元（6.68億美元）的造價成為全球最昂貴的建築。每逢週末及假日，這裡與皇后像廣場會聚集數以千計的外籍家庭傭工[51][52][53]。
怡和大廈（原名康樂大廈），位於康樂廣場1號。這座高178.5米的摩天大樓於1973年落成時，曾是香港及亞洲最高建築。其圓形窗戶設計取代傳統矩形窗戶，以強化玻璃幕牆並減輕結構框架重量，也是其建築特色[54][55]。

^ 這個數字僅統計已知高度超過150米的建築物。部分已完工且至少50層樓高的建築物沒有列出高度數據。雖然無法確定，但這些摩天大樓中可能有部分建築高度超過150米。
^ 由於數字4及其在中國文化中的意義，香港多塔式建築群的塔樓編號可能不會按順序分配。因此，在擁有四座或更多實際塔樓的建築群中，跳過「第4座」的標籤是常見做法。一個名為「第8座」的建築物並不意味著該建築群中實際有八座塔樓。例如，一個由六座實際塔樓組成的建築群，前三座可能被命名為第1、2、3座，而後三座則為第5、6、7座。對於分四期或更多期開發的大型項目，也可能出現這種情況[56]。
